The information we received and stored about you such as:

• Your name, email address, billing and postal addresses, payment method, contact number and any relevant information that is featured in your agreement/lease/certificate of ownership. This is requested to enable us to perform our contract as letting agent.
• Passport, driving license, proof of address, proof of funds might be asked to enable us to perform task such as paying deposit for unit.
• Details of your interaction(s) with our colleague such as the date, time, reason for contacting etc., and if you call us, your contact number will be saved into our system automatically.

Use of Information

All personal data is used under the purpose of relevant matters. To be able to process a task, for example, ordering fobs for tenants, to provide you with the information, services you request from us; to able to communicate with you such as sending financial documents, statements, updates on maintenance issues, payment reminders, invoices etc. This helps us to resolve your queries quicker and efficiently.

For payment, all credit/debit card payments are through service provider, and they are liable for the use and security of the data you provide and with this they will have their own policies which you can find it on their website. We have no control over their policies.
